BUSINESS:
President Jeremy Berg has more than 12 years
of experience in the Staffing Industry. His
prior business experience includes: 7 years
as a Senior Account Manager for a publicly
traded Professional Staffing Firm
specializing in their Accounting and Finance
Division, 4 years in the Healthcare Industry
including time as an Accounting Supervisor,
along with 5 years in the banking industry.
Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science Degree from
the University of Minnesota with a double
major in Business and Speech-Communication.
PERSONAL: Jeremy grew-up in a local
Twin Cities suburb where he was the oldest
of 3 children. He has a wonderful wife
Rachel and 3 great kids: Mason, Leighton,
and Pressley whom he is very proud of.
Owning a business runs in his family as his
parents own a local cartage trucking
company: Bergford Trucking. He is an avid
local sports fan and plans on catching a
walleye to put on the wall in 2011. All
members of his family went to the University
of Minnesota. Go Gophers! He is very proud
of the BERG Professional Staffing Team and
consultants. He appreciates all their hard

Zach Jones,
Recruiting Manager
BUSINESS:
Zach has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business
Economics from St. Cloud State University. He is
currently preparing for the GMAT and he began his
Masters program in the spring of 2011. Prior to working
in the staffing industry Zach worked as a banking
consultant, specializing in managerial and
operational efficiency improvement. As a Recruiter,
he strives to find talented and qualified
individuals for both contract and permanent
placement positions.
PERSONAL:
Zach was raised in the small town of
Tracy
in southwest Minnesota. He now lives in the
Cathedral Hill neighborhood in
St. Paul.
In his spare time he enjoys watching sports, going
to movies, and is currently training to run the Twin
Cities Marathon in the fall. He also volunteers with
the YWCA of St. Paul assisting individuals with
resume writing, improving interview skills, and
advice on how to gain employment. |

Yulia Vinnytska,
Marketing Intern
BUSINESS:
Yulia is a current student at Rasmussen College. She
will be graduating in September with a Bachelors of
Science degree in Business and Management. During
her education, she developed special interests for:
leadership, marketing, and operations management.
She will proudly be graduating with an excellent
GPA: 3.80. Congratulations Yulia! She is very
excited to have an internship at BERG professional
staffing, and we very excited to have her.
PERSONAL:
Yulia lives in uptown, love cats, shopping, and says
that she is the biggest chocoholic on the planet!
She is originally from the Ukraine where her family
still lives. She really does not like talking about
herself, thus this description may seem little too
short. |

Berry Emerson,
Senior Accountant
BUSINESS: Berry
graduated from the University of Minnesota with a
Degree in Accounting from the Carlson School of
Management. He has 10 years of experience as an
Accountant. He has been an independent consultant
since 1998.
PERSONAL:
Berry is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and
fish. Someday he hopes to be a professional body
builder. His father is a professional golf teacher
although Berry hasn’t picked up that skill as of
yet. He has two beautiful daughters that he is very
proud of: Jordan and Ashley. |
