BUSINESS:
President Jeremy Berg has more than 11 years
of experience in the Staffing Industry. His
prior business experience includes: 7 years
as a Senior Account Manager for a publicly
traded Professional Staffing Firm
specializing in their Accounting and Finance
Division, 4 years in the Healthcare Industry
including time as an Accounting Supervisor,
along with 5 years in the banking industry.
Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science Degree from
the University of Minnesota with a double
major in Business and Speech-Communication.
PERSONAL: Jeremy grew-up in a local
Twin Cities suburb where he was the oldest
of 3 children. He has a wonderful wife
Rachel and 3 great kids: Mason, Leighton,
and Pressley whom he is very proud of.
Owning a business runs in his family as his
parents own a local cartage trucking
company: Bergford Trucking. He is an avid
local sports fan and plans on catching a
walleye to put on the wall in 2010. All
members of his family went to the University
of Minnesota. Go Gophers! He is very proud
of the BERG Professional Staffing Team and
consultants. He appreciates all their hard
work. |
Jennifer Cook,
VP Marketing and Sales
Business: Jennifer has over
nine years in the Accounting and Finance staffing
industry. Prior to staffing she worked as analyst in
Commercial Real Estate. Jennifer has worked with
companies as a strategic partner in building their
staff for special projects and turnover within
organizations. She contributes her great success to
the relationships she has with her clients and the
loyalty she has in working with them.
Jennifer graduated with her
MBA from St. Mary’s University in summer of 2008.
She has a concentration in finance and knows this
will be a benefit to her clients.
Personal: Jennifer has
spent most of her life in Minnesota. She recently
had a little baby boy Gavin who is the love of her
life. She enjoys
going to the health club, working out, traveling,
reading and spending time with her son. She always
looks forward to spring and summer triathlons. She
also enjoys spending time in Phoenix with family and
friends during our cold MN winters. |

Aimee Andreotti,
Senior Staffing Specialist
Business:
Aimee has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education
from the University of Minnesota. In December 2008 she
completed her Masters Degree also at the U of M.
Aimee has been in the staffing industry for over three
years. As a Staffing Specialist she spends her
time interviewing, coaching and placing qualified
candidates in both contract and permanent positions.
Before moving into the staffing industry she was a
middle school teacher for three years.
Personal: Aimee
lives in Chaska with her husband Dave and beautiful
son Wyatt Gary. She enjoys the
outdoors and playing sports, specifically hockey,
volleyball, softball, and golf. She also enjoys
traveling and spending time with her family. |

| Zach Jones,
Staffing Specialist
Business:
Zach has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business
Economics from St. Cloud State University. He is
currently preparing for the GMAT and will begin his
MBA program in the spring of 2011. Prior to working
in the staffing industry Zach worked as a banking
consultant, specializing in managerial and
operational efficiency improvement. As a Recruiter,
he strives to find talented and qualified
individuals for both contract and permanent
placement positions.
Personal:
Zach was raised in the small town of
Tracy
in southwest Minnesota. He now lives in the
Cathedral Hill neighborhood in
St. Paul.
In his spare time he enjoys watching sports, going
to movies, and is currently training to run the Twin
Cities Marathon in the fall. He also volunteers with
the YWCA of St. Paul assisting individuals with
resume writing, improving interview skills, and
advice on how to gain employment. |

Berry Emerson,
Senior Accountant
Business: Berry
graduated from the University of Minnesota with a
Degree in Accounting from the Carlson School of
Management. He has 10 years of experience as an
Accountant. He has been an independent consultant
since 1998.
Personal:
Berry is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and
fish. Someday he hopes to be a professional body
builder. His father is a professional golf teacher
although Berry hasn’t picked up that skill as of
yet. He has two beautiful daughters that he is very
proud of: Jordan and Ashley. |

Kristin Weller,
Executive Assistant
Business:
Kristin is currently working towards her degree in
Business through Columbia College, which is an
online based school out of Columbia, MO. She has
previous business experience from working for her
father’s company for several years, which also
taught her how a business is built and successfully
operated. While in Missouri she was an Assistant
Manager for a salon as well as a full time student.
Now she enjoys working in downtown Minneapolis as an
Executive Assistant for BERG!
Personal:
Kristin currently lives in Minneapolis with her
sister, but was raised in Lakeville. She is the
youngest of three girls and is a huge sports
fanatic. Her favorite teams are the Twins, Cubs,
Blackhawks, Vikings and Wild. Kristin enjoys being
outdoors and enjoying the uptown area with her
family. |
